MallManage is a app aimed at Malls to make communication between shops and executive committee more efficient and streamline. This app will eliminate the need for those painful chat groups created for the entire Mall to comment freely.

MallManage has a Panic button that sends out an alert to all users on the system within the same mall. This alert will then take the users to a screen where they can see the exact location of the panic and get directions to the exact spot where the panic was initiated.

Gate access control scans the license disk of the vehicle and retrieves vehicle information of car entering the Mall and a photo of the vehicle and drivers license/ID completes all the information required to be able to trace back all people and vehicles entering the Mall.

MallManage gives the Committee the ability to communicate information freely to entire group of store owners without the freedom for each store owner to respond and this information will remain freely available without being 20+ pages up in the chat.

MallManage has a function where a committee can create a open forum where committee and store owners can discuss a given topic with the forum becoming open from a specific date and time and closing at a specific date and time. This Forum can still be viewed after closing for discussion.

MallManage has an event calendar that allows important dates for events to be created by the committee and to be saved on the users phone. This will then create a reminder for the user.

The Maintenance module gives all store staff the ability to report a problem in the mall by taking a picture of the problem and submitting it which then can be tracked by the mall management. Each store has a closed group that will allow staff to log problems within the store for store management to monitor and only visible to members of the store group.

A private chat is available to chat to among the other users within the group.
